Between April 2008 and November 2008, on behalf of its client Alaway Construction Ltd, SC4 completed an 80-bed care home in Salisbury.

71-bed BUPA care home in Southampton
SC4 is now midway through a 71-bed BUPA residential care home in
Southampton, on behalf of another client Redworth Construction Ltd.
Decoration is also being carried out
by SC4 Decorators.
Features in the Southampton building include a main oak staircase with feature ‘over newel' handrails. SC4 will also supply and fit the oak nurse station and reception desks.
Another care home contract won by SC4
SC4 has recently won a contract for a further 65-bed BUPA care home
in Church Crookham, again on behalf of Redworth.
Established in 2000, SC4 Carpentry Contractors Ltd is
highly skilled in providing carpentry and decoration services for
residential care homes, schools and other social buildings on time and to
our clients' satisfaction. Our experienced workforce
is CSCS, CITB and CIS registered, and has succesfully completed numerous
construction projects across Hants, Berks, Wilts
and Surrey. Health and safety is a key priority for SC4, which is an accredited
contractor under the Contractors Health &
Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).
