Located in the M27 corridor, this upmarket development is aimed at families and is in easy commuting distance from Southampton and Portsmouth. SC4 provided a complete carpentry package.
School project in Winchester approaches completion
October 2004
SC4 is on schedule to complete the new Science and Admin block at Westgate School, Winchester. SC4 provided all carpentry construction for the new roofing on the complex, as well as all internal carpentry.

SC4 completes contract for 110-property development at The Oaks, Sandleford
Rise, Newbury
October 2004
SC4 Carpenters is pleased to announce it has succesfully completed work on a two-and-a-half year carpentry contract at The Oaks, Sandleford Rise, Newbury, in partnership with Lovell.
SC4 provided all on-site carpentry services for the development, which consists of 110 mixed properties; 62 housing association and 48 open market sales. These range from flats and town houses to larger executive homes.
In addition to handling all joists, roofing, and first and second Fix, SC4 Carpenters also installed finals, kitchens and other fittings.
Refurbishment of Post Office to create three studio
apartments in Winchester for Wilding Butler
October 2004
Work is progressing on the refurbishment of a former corner shop and Post Office in Winchester, to create three studio apartments close to the town centre.
SC4 is providing all carpentry construction including internal walls, staircases, first and second fix, and joisting. View more pictures.

SC4 awarded contract for 24 luxury flats in Chandlers Ford
September 2004
Building on its established relationship with Devine Homes plc, SC4 is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to provide all carpentry work on 24 flats in Chandlers Ford.
The flats are all for private sale, and are aimed at first time buyers and young professionals.
SC4 starts second phase on mixed
development of 81 houses at Haslemere
April 2004
SC4 has entered the second phase of work on a social regeneration development on a site in Haslemere, Surrey. The project is being carried out for Lovell in collaboration with the local Housing Association to help meet the demand for social and affordable keyworker homes in the Home Counties.
SC4 is carrying out all aspects of carpentry production for this development of private and social housing, which includes a total of 81 houses and flats. These range from 4 bed semi-detached family homes to one-bed flats, as well as a community sports pavillion.
