Carpentry at Littlehampton Housing Development in West Sussex
Working closely with Lovell Partnerships in their Joint Venture with West Sussex County Council, we started on-site in October 2025 to deliver the carpentry package for this exciting 101-home residential construction scheme.
The site consists of consists 1, 2, 3, and 4-bed properties, shared ownership, affordable housing and homes for private sale.
SC4 Contract Progress: Ahead of Schedule
Our team has been working flat out to deliver high-quality work and maintain the ambitious project schedule, and within the first 2 months:
- We've successfully completed the first fix stage on the initial 12 plots.
- With 6 plots set for second fix completion before the end of the first 3 months.
The development, which includes essential shared ownership and affordable housing options, promises great community spaces, including the central ‘green heart’ open space.

400+ New Homes at Drummond Park, Ludgershall, Andover
In Spring 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the commercial carpentry works for 400 new homes in Ludgershall, near Andover, Hampshire for Lovell Partnership Homes. SC4 was excited to work with Lovell again as they were our first ever client back in 2000 and their Newbury site, The Oaks, was one of those we revisited as part of our 21st Birthday celebrations!
Carpentry for Redrow New Homes in Warfield
In September 2024, SC4 commenced carpentry works on this Redrow development of 40 new homes at Orchids Court, Warfield, Bracknell. The two, three, four and five-bedroom new homes are located in a stunning, tree-lined Berkshire village blessed with amenities of all kinds. Orchids Court offers contemporary living of a very special kind.
