400+ New Homes at Drummond Park, Ludgershall, Andover
In Spring 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the commercial carpentry works for 400 new homes in Ludgershall, near Andover, Hampshire for Lovell Partnership Homes. SC4 was excited to work with Lovell again as they were our first ever client back in 2000 and their Newbury site, The Oaks, was one of those we revisited as part of our 21st Birthday celebrations!
Carpentry for 281 New Homes in Theale
SC4 Carpenters Ltd commenced this project in October 2024, providing the carpentry services for 281 new homes in Theale for client, Ridgepoint Homes.
Sustainable Housing & Passivhaus Carpentry in Portsmouth
SC4 is helping to build a sustainable future for essential housing where it matters most by expertly carrying out all carpentry works on this D M Habens (The Builder) Limited site at Bunting Gardens, Waterlooville for Portsmouth City Council.
Carpentry at Littlehampton Housing Development in West Sussex
SC4 started the commercial carpentry contract works on the Littlehampton new build housing development in West Sussex in October 2025. This exciting 101-home residential construction scheme consists 1, 2, 3, and 4-bed properties, shared ownership, and affordable housing.
Decoration of Luxury Home in Northwood, Middlesex
In Spring 2025, SC4 Decorators completed the painting and extensive wallpapering works at this beautiful luxury home in Northwood for Gullett. Northwood, Middlesex for Gullett and Sons Ltd.
242 New Homes at Selborne Road, Alton
In Winter 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started the contract carpentry and internal and external decorating services on 196 homes for Phase 2 of this site in Alton, Hampshire. Reflecting the high standard of work and customer satisfaction offered by SC4 Carpenters Ltd, this followed on from the first phase of 46 new homes commenced in October 2020.
Carpentry for Redrow New Homes in Warfield
In September 2024, SC4 commenced carpentry works on this Redrow development of 40 new homes at Orchids Court, Warfield, Bracknell. The two, three, four and five-bedroom new homes are located in a stunning, tree-lined Berkshire village blessed with amenities of all kinds. Orchids Court offers contemporary living of a very special kind.
