"Change isn’t always easy - and Cala's transition from traditional build to Timber Frame over the past year has not been without its challenges, given the technical complexities of the house types on the site at Winchester. Lots of shared frustrations, lots of set backs - but a lot of learning.

Timberframe Installation in Winchester
SC4 Carpenters Ltd commenced the installation of the timber frame for 120 bespoke Cala new homes in Winchester in December 2024. The timberframe is manufactured to a high standard by Taylor Lane Timber Frame.
