SC4 decorated 52 flats in 3 Phases between August 2018 and September 2019 for this Hill Partnerships project at Barton Park, Oxford.
The project was completed at the same time as a similar-sized project for Hill Partnerships at Conwy Close, Reading.
From August 2018 to August 2019, SC4 carried out the decoration of 57 affordable new flats and houses for Hill Partnerships at Reading County Council's Conwy Close development in Tilehurst.
From 2018-2022, SC4 carried out the carpentry works for 265+ new-build houses and flats for contractor Highwood on Phases 2a, 2b, 8 and 9 at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh, Hampshire. In parallel we also installed the timber frame for 550+ new homes, manufactured by Taylor Lane Timber Frame for Highwood.

SC4 Decorators has performed very well on both of these large projects in 2017-18 for which I was the Senior Contract Surveyor.
They have managed and supervised their operatives very well in terms of quality of work, correct labour levels as and when required, general house-keeping was excellent and John Norton kept in constant contact with both our contracts manager and site manager throughout the project on a regular basis.
They attended every site progress meeting without fail and were very helpful with regards to overcoming problems on site with minimal fuss.
From a commercial perspective they were within budget, minimal variations and the final account was a smooth process.
I would highly recommended SC4 Decorators to anyone who wishes to use a reliable, easy to work with painting and decorating contractor who go above and beyond to ensure each project they complete is just as successful as the last.
