Fred Francis Close - Havant

In April 2019, SC4 provided Carpentry services for Feltham Construction in Waterlooville, Havant. The site comprised 30 houses and 8 flats. Services included all aspects of site carpentry including installation of roofs and cladding.

The new close is named 'Fred Francis Close' in memory of the man who invented Scalextric. The toys were manufactured only 300 metres away from the site and employed thousands of local residents.

SC4 are proud to have provided the carpentry works for this site in Havant. It was a pleasure to have worked for such a professional and efficient contractor. We look forward to working with Feltham Construction again.
