Decoration of 60 new homes at Conwy Close, Reading
From August 2018 to August 2019, SC4 carried out the decoration of 57 affordable new flats and houses for Hill Partnerships at Reading County Council's Conwy Close development in Tilehurst.
Decoration at Barton Park, Oxford
SC4 decorated 52 flats in 3 Phases between August 2018 and September 2019 for this Hill Partnerships project at Barton Park, Oxford.
Fred Francis Close - Havant
In April 2019, SC4 provided Carpentry services for Feltham Construction in Waterlooville, Havant. The site comprised 30 houses and 8 flats. Services included all aspects of site carpentry including installation of roofs and cladding.
180+ Homes at Ludgershall (Phases 1-5)
In 2017 and 2018, SC4 Carpenters carried out the Carpentry works on all 5 Phases of the 180+ homes built at Granby Gardens, Ludgershall
for principal contractor, Foreman Homes. SC4's carpenters received high praise from both the Commercial Manager of Foreman Homes and NHBC/Building Control.
Trafalgar Square Streetlight Refurbishments
SC4 Decorators was proud to carry out the refurbishment of the historical street lights and bollards in Trafalgar Square, London in Summer 2018. These included 4 of the original lanterns from HMS Victory, the flagship of the British Royal Navy in the Battle of Trafalgar under Admiral Lord Nelson in 1805.
Luxury 5-bed home in West Berkshire
This luxurious, energy efficient, 5 bed home was designed and built by SC4 Carpenters Ltd in an area of outstanding natural beauty of West Berkshire to accommodate 4 generations. It replaced a 1930s timber house to gain the benefit of modern conveniences for the 21st century.
The Old Smithy, New-build Timberframe installation, Newbury, Berkshire
Mr & Mrs Almond were delighted with the speed of the timberframe construction, installed by SC4 Carpenters Ltd, and are enjoying the benefits of a well insulated home.
