The Landfall project where SC4 Carpenters Ltd carried out the contract site carpentry works from 2016-18

From 2019-2021, SC4 provided contract Carpentry services for construction of a Foreman Homes development of 82 new build terraced, semi detached and detached homes with single garages in Andover, Hampshire.

The Nightingales, Picket Piece, Walworth Road, Andover project included installation of extensive external cladding to provide the beautiful finish for these fabulous new homes.

Since 2016 SC4 Carpenters Ltd has provided contract Carpentry, Timber Frame installation and Decorating services for several large sites for Foreman Homes, including contract carpentry services for more than 100 homes in two back-to-back projects off Walworth Road in Picket Piece, Andover. Works were carried out on the Landfall development (opposite The Nightingales) from 2016-18. Landfall consisted of 24 houses and apartments and is pictured in some of the images above.

85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley

SC4 provided Carpentry and Decorating services to Foreman Homes for 85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley, Basingstoke from 2019-2021. The Commercial Manager at Foreman Homes described SC4 as a:

Timberframe Erect of 560+ houses and flats at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh

In 15 months from March 2018 to August 2019, SC4 Carpenters Ltd erected 250+ timber frame houses and flats for timberframe manufacturer, Taylor Lane at Phases 1, 4 and 6 of this Highwood site in North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. A further 100+ homes on Phases 4 and 7 were erected by SC4 in Autumn 2019-Spring 2020 and in Spring 21, SC4 started installation of a further 186 units.

In 2020, SC4 Carpenters carried out Contract Carpentry works for Highwood at a 68-bed Care Home in Hedge End, Hampshire.
