Kingsbury Grove Retirement Home, Living Heritage - Taylor Lane

SC4 have joined up with Taylor Lane Timber Frame once again providing timber frame services on a site in Winchester.

We are providing the timber frame installation service for a Living Heritage retirement property, consisting of 33 apartments for Pegasus Life.

Erection started in April 2020 and we enjoyed working alongside this brilliant timber frame manufacturer on another exciting project.

In October 2019, Paul Harris, Senior Contracts Manager at timber frame manufacturers Taylor Lane described SC4 as providing an "excellent and reliable timber frame erect service, in terms of quality and onsite management input."

Since March 2018, SC4 Carpenters has erected 300+ houses and flats for Taylor Lane at the Highwood construction site North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh.

In 15 months from March 2018 to August 2019, SC4 Carpenters Ltd erected 250+ timber frame houses and flats for timberframe manufacturer, Taylor Lane at Phases 1, 4 and 6 of this Highwood site in North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. A further 100+ homes on Phases 4 and 7 were erected by SC4 in Autumn 2019-Spring 2020 and in Spring 21, SC4 started installation of a further 186 units.

Botleigh Grange Care Home - Hedge End

In 2020, SC4 Carpenters carried out Contract Carpentry works for Highwood at a 68-bed Care Home in Hedge End, Hampshire. SC4 understands that the small details in design and construction can make a big difference to staff and residents once a building is in operation, and always works closely with clients to share its experience and provide innovative solutions.
