In 2017, SC4 Decorators carried out the painting and decorating works for 48 houses and 20 flats for social housing, rent and sale for principal contractor Hill Partnerships at Phoenix Avenue, Wokingham. 

SC4 Decorators provided painting and decoration services for the Castle School at the Newbury College Campus in 2011.

“Meticulous and consistent attention to detail... scoring high for the extraordinary quality of workmanship” NHBC Pride in the Job Award.  SC4 Carpenters Ltd's timber frame installation, carpentry and decorating services for five houses for a housing association in New Forest District of Hampshire contributed to Drew Smith Ltd’s NHBC – Pride in the Job Award.

In 2021, SC4 Carpenters Ltd revisited some of its earlier projects as part of its 21st Birthday celebrations. This project of 28 houses in Frimley in early 2008 was the first time we had provided all three of our services - carpentry, decorating and timber frame installation - on the same project. The benefits of this combined approach really came together resulting in an efficient build and a high quality finish.

SC4 carried out the contract carpentry and decorating works on 71-bed BUPA care home contract in Southampton, Hampshire. Works included supplying and fitting oak reception desks and nurses stations. SC4 understands that the small details in design and construction can make a big difference to staff and residents once a building is in operation, and always works closely with clients to share its experience and provide innovative solutions.

SC4 Decorators provided professional painting and decorating services for this 65 bed BUPA Care Home at Church Crookham in 2008.
