SC4 Decorators carried out the contract decorating and wallpapering of 248 new homes in 3 phases on Nicholas King's beautiful Water's Edge site in Mytchett, near Camberley. Work started in October 2020 and was completed on schedule in November 2024.

In 2023, SC4 carried out the internal and external decoration of 67 luxury apartments in Farnborough, Hampshire. This was just one of a number of projects for this client in 2023/24.

SC4 managed the turnkey build of this beautiful Eco Sustainable timber-clad bungalow, based on a variation of a Scottish long house, but with modern technology, for our clients in just 7 months. 

The finished bungalow is a warm, efficient, bright, spacious and comfortable place to live. This home is all electric with multiple eco and sustainable features including air source heat pump (ASHP), solar photovoltaic panels (PV) and storage battery, and a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) system.

SC4 Decorators commenced the refresh and refurbishment works in this apartment building in London in late 2023. This is one of a number of decorating contracts SC4 has carried out for Crownage in 2023/24. Crownage offers a wide array of property related services both in the commercial and residential sectors.

SC4 Decorators carried out the internal and external decoration of two beautiful cottage in West Clandon, near Guildford, Surrey in Spring 2023 for developer, Mattwell Homes.

SC4 provided Carpentry and Decorating services to Foreman Homes for 85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley, Basingstoke from 2019-2021. The Commercial Manager at Foreman Homes described SC4 as a:
