Walworth Road - Carpentry for 82 Newbuild Homes
From 2019-2021, SC4 Carpenters Ltd provided contract Carpentry services for construction of a Foreman Homes development of 82 new build terraced, semi detached and detached homes with in Andover, Hampshire. The project included installation of extensive cladding to provide the beautiful finish for these fabulous new homes. This followed on from the Landfall project from 2016-18, just across the road.

In Summer 2021, SC4 Decorators carried out the painting and wallpapering of a period country property in Andover for Newbury-based developers, Blue Tongue Construction.
Award winning Decorating at Oakley Hall Hotel
In 2015, SC4 Decorators was Commended in the Painting and Decorating Association's (PDA) Premier Trophy Awards for their
works at Oakley Hall Hotel, Nr Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Reading Town Hall - Intricate Decorating Works
In 2019, the SC4 Decorators team completed the challenging interior decoration as part of the extensive refurbishment of Reading Town Hall by our client, Mears Group.
Botleigh Grange Care Home - Hedge End
In 2020, SC4 Carpenters carried out Contract Carpentry works for Highwood at a 68-bed Care Home in Hedge End, Hampshire. SC4 understands that the small details in design and construction can make a big difference to staff and residents once a building is in operation, and always works closely with clients to share its experience and provide innovative solutions.
Coudray Fields, Sherborne St John - Antler Homes
In 2020, SC4 Carpenters Ltd provided Carpentry services for client, Antler Homes in Sherborne St John, Basingstoke, Hampshire. The site comprised18 new build houses.
Castle Farm, Windsor - Radian Homes
SC4 provided Contract Carpentry and Decorating services for this Abri (formerly Radian Homes) project in Windsor. The site consists of a collection of 2,3 + 4 bed new-build homes and was completed at the end of 2021.
