In May 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd started work on the contract carpentry for 100 new 3-4 bedroom homes in Old Basing for Redrow Homes. Works were completed in late 2024. Click to view a video showing progress by January 2024 when the site is around 75% complete. 

SC4 managed the turnkey build of this beautiful Eco Sustainable timber-clad bungalow, based on a variation of a Scottish long house, but with modern technology, for our clients in just 7 months. 

The finished bungalow is a warm, efficient, bright, spacious and comfortable place to live. This home is all electric with multiple eco and sustainable features including air source heat pump (ASHP), solar photovoltaic panels (PV) and storage battery, and a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) system.

In 2023/24, SC4 Carpenters carried out first and second fix carpentry works for 41 flats in this exciting urban village development of 232 new homes in central Newbury, West Berkshire.

SC4 Carpenters Ltd completed the commercial contract carpentry works for Elivia (Crayfern Homes) at their site in Lavant, from November 2021 to September 2023. This outstanding new development of 18 new homes in West Sussex is a stunning mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom bungalows.

June 2023, SC4 completed contract carpentry services for E G Carter for 80 new homes in Totton, Southampton. The development of affordable homes mainly consists of two, three and four-bedroom houses along with a small collection of one and two-bedroom flats.

From 2018-2022, SC4 carried out the carpentry works for 265+ new-build houses and flats for contractor Highwood on Phases 2a, 2b, 8 and 9 at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh, Hampshire. In parallel we also installed the timber frame for 550+ new homes, manufactured by Taylor Lane Timber Frame for Highwood.

SC4 carried out the carpentry services in Alton for Redrow from 2019-August 2022. Redrow's QS and Site Team gave a glowing testimonial for SC4's carpentry work Carpenters Ltd's work on this project complimenting our "great professionalism, craftsmanship and constant attention to health and safety on site, dedication to the development and willingness to help and find solutions. SC4 provided Carpentry and Decorating services to Foreman Homes for 85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley, Basingstoke from 2019-2021. The Commercial Manager at Foreman Homes described SC4 as a:
