SC4 Wins More Repeat Carpentry and Decorating Work with Satisfied Client
In Summer 2022, SC4 Carpenters Ltd and SC4 Decorators start work on Phase 2 of the Foreman Homes project at Selborne Road, Alton, Hampshire. SC4 frequently wins multiple phases with existing clients reflecting the high standard of work and customer satisfaction offered by SC4 as well as the benefits of working with an established contract carpentry and decorating company.

85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley
SC4 provided Carpentry and Decorating services to Foreman Homes for 85 new-build houses and flats in Oakley, Basingstoke from 2019-2021. The Commercial Manager at Foreman Homes described SC4 as a:
"Very friendly and professional outfit. Always willing to help out and try and problem solve with us."
180+ Homes at Ludgershall (Phases 1-5)
In 2017 and 2018, SC4 Carpenters carried out the Carpentry works on all 5 Phases of the 180+ homes built at Granby Gardens, Ludgershall
for principal contractor, Foreman Homes. SC4's carpenters received high praise from both the Commercial Manager of Foreman Homes and NHBC/Building Control.
SC4 has also carried out multiple phases of commercial contract carpentry for the Highwood Group at its North Stoneham Park for more than 265 new homes as well as installed timber frame structures manufactured by Taylor Lane Timber Frame for a further 550 Highwood homes.
In addition we have constructed care and residential homes for both Highwood and Taylor Lane and in March 2022 we were named as the very first winners of the Taylor Lane Timber Frame Subcontractors Award.
Carpentry for 265 new homes at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh
Since June 2018, SC4 Carpenters Ltd has been carrying out the Carpentry works for 265+ new-build houses and flats on Phases 2a, 2b, 8 and 9 of the Highwood Construction site at North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. In parallel we also installed 550+ timber frame homes manufactured by Taylor Lane Timber Frame for Highwood.
Timberframe Erect of 560+ houses and flats in Eastleigh
In 15 months from March 2018 to August 2019, SC4 Carpenters Ltd erected 250+ timber frame houses and flats for timberframe manufacturer, Taylor Lane at Phases 1, 4 and 6 of this Highwood site in North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh. A further 100+ homes on Phases 4 and 7 were erected by SC4 in Autumn 2019-Spring 2020 and in Spring 21, SC4 started installation of a further 186 units.
